Clean nice room and bathroom. Beds, even the extra bed, was good. Staff friendly, and explained very well how to commute to Venice. Even if not all staff could English well, they tried their best to assist in various ways. If you don't feel like spending a lot of money living in Venice, the location and price of this hotel was excellent.
only problem was getting on the overcrowded buses during Easter.

the rooms turned out to be warm and cozy with a single bed as well as bathroom. a microwave oven, a fridge, and a stovetop were available too.
The breakfast they served was bad, hope one day it will be far better.

The twin room with big size bed. Outstanding food for all meals. Pleasant and marvellous location with trattorias and restaurants very close to the place...

This budget hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy to catch a bus to Venice. The room is clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning AC. The staff is friendly and helpful, even allowing guests to use the hotel's computer for printing. In addition, there is a laundromat downstairs and a good restaurant nearby. The hotel offers a secure and comfortable stay for budget travelers visiting Venice.
The breakfast options at the hotel are limited and could be improved.

Thanks a lot to the more than friendly and competent young Lady at the reception. She gave us plenty of helpful and very detailed information for our visit to Venice. Outstanding service! Busstop to Venice nearby and also a small bar. Free parking.
The only thing I could complain about is, that the shower needs some renovation. The black spots don't fit to the spacious and very clean room and bathroom.

Nice hotel and good price for a place that close to Venice. Bus stop is near the hotel for Venice which is definitely an advantage.

We arrived late at night (about 21:30) and the girl at the reception helped us to find a restaurant to have dinner (even made 2 phone calls). The location is good if travelling by car (quite near Venezia) with free parking.

Great location with easy access to Venice via the bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. Helpful receptionist who provided detailed information on how to get to Venice and even sold bus tickets at the hotel. - Free private parking available for guests who don't want to take their car to Venice. - Clean rooms with comfortable beds. - Tasty breakfast, although on the smaller side with just a croissant and coffee. - Reasonable price for a good stay.
Felt like a home here, no complaints.

The staff was very helpful with informations about Venice and how to reach it. They also recommended us a great restaurant near by, Gigi, cos the area is quite lonely especially at night. The room was fine, no luxury but clean and comfortable.
The location is a bit far but ok if you have a car. There is a parking at the hotel and bus line 6 goes directly to Venice every 20 min. At the evening it's not the most charming place to be, it doesnt offer much beside one good restaurant. It's ok hotel for the price and comfort if you will spend most of the day in Venice.
